Who Is Caleb Welch?
I'm a business coach and content strategist in Canton, Ohio. I help small business owners get clear on their message, show up consistently, and build something that grows without burning them out. Whether that's one-on-one coaching, done-for-you content, or sharpening your thinking in a room full of other owners, I meet you where you are.
How I Got Here
I spent years in coaching, business development, and team leadership before launching Client-Minds. The pattern I kept seeing was the same: talented business owners who knew their craft inside and out but couldn’t translate that into a message that landed. They were too busy running the day-to-day to step back and build the thing that would actually grow their business.
So I built a company around solving that. Client-Minds pairs strategic coaching with professional content production. Coaching gives you direction. The studio gives you presence. And our peer groups give you a room full of people who get it, so you’re not figuring it all out alone.

It's a free 30-minute conversation. We'll talk about where your business is, what's working, and what's getting in the way. No pitch, no obligation. Just an honest look at whether there's a fit.
Do I need coaching, content, or both?
That depends on where you are. Some owners need help building the strategy first. Others already know what to say but need someone to produce it consistently. Most end up benefiting from both. We'll figure it out together on the call.
What does the monthly content process look like?
We sit down once a month for an interview-style recording session. From that one conversation, we produce short-form video clips, captions, and social posts for the month. You show up once, and we handle the rest.
What is go381?
go381 is our peer group program for business owners. You meet regularly with other owners to work through real business challenges together, with Caleb facilitating. It stands for one year, eight challenges, unstoppable growth.
How much does it cost?
